Descriptif du poste
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle inbound calls from customers of a telecom operator regarding the follow-up and management of their new orders (mobile lines, internet, TV, or box services).
-Your role is to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the activation and delivery process.
-Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding their new orders, installations, or delivery status.
-Provide accurate information about order progress, delivery timelines, and service activation.
-Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, technical, or sales) to resolve any issues or delays.
-Update customer records and ensure all information is accurately entered in the system.
-Handle requests and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
-Ensure first call resolution whenever possible.
-Contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Profil Recherché
-Fluent in spoken English and French.
-High school diploma or associate degree (Business, Communication, or equivalent).
-Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
-Excellent communication and active listening skills.
-Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
-Ability to handle multiple requests and manage priorities.
-Proficiency in computer tools and CRM systems.
