Poste :

The Product Owner will be responsible for leading and managing the backlog for one or more service assurance applications, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility. This includes defining and prioritizing product features, collaborating closely with architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, and facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions. The role involves driving cross-functional initiatives, resolving delivery blockers, and participating in system demos and retrospectives. The Product Owner will also validate value delivery post-launch, continuously improve product delivery and agile maturity, and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Main Job Reponsibilities: 

  • Lead and own the product backlog for one or more service assurance applications
  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, PI Planning, and backlog refinement sessions
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Define and prioritize features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility of end solution
  • Act as the voice of the customer and internal users
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and resolve delivery blockers
  • Participate in system demos and retrospectives
  • Ensure and validate value delivery post-project deployments / launches
  •  Continuously improve product delivery and agile maturity
  • Eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating business requirements, process flows, identifying system and process solution components, and preparing requirements documents / stories for development team to deliver. 

Profil recherché :

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and analytical thinker, capable of translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements. With at least three years of experience in Agile and DevOps environments, they have a deep understanding of SDLC principles, sprint planning, and backlog management. They demonstrate proven leadership in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, and thrives in dynamic environments, showing strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Previous experience in OSS/BSS or service assurance domains, combined with familiarity in system integration and Agile frameworks such as SAFe, is highly valued

Required Skills: 

  • Strong business analyst skills, exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills (Managing stakeholder expectations: 2 years)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles (3+ years (clear conceptual understanding of technologies such as API’s, SQL, GIT, JSON, XML, Java)
  • Experience working with agile teams in user story splitting, program increment planning, and sprint planning
  • Self-discipline, driven and motivated, team player and collaboration champion.
  • Technical knowledge of current software development to understand, challenge, validate solutions

Other Skills/ Nice to have:  

  • Experience working in telecom, OSS/BSS, or service assurance domains
  • Familiarity with system integration, diagnostics, and inventory federation
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business value
  • Ability to translate lean business initiatives into clear technical requirements
  • Experience with Agile ceremonies (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models)
  • Demonstrably strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity across teams
