Your role
• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies alignedwith the company’s long-term objectives.• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performancetracking to support data-driven decision-making.• Treasury Management: Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cashflow planning, revenue collection, and disbursement of payments.• Fiscal Compliance: Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, including timelyVAT filings, end-of-year tax submissions, and audit readiness.• Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reports andstatements in line with accounting standards.• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks;implement internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.• Investment Oversight: Analyze and manage investments, capital expenditures,and financial structuring to maximize value creation.• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication with investors,auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial partners.• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team,instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.
Your qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, BusinessAdministration, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.• Professional Certification: CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation is highly desirable.• Experienced Leader: Minimum of 10 years in finance, with at least 5 years in asenior leadership role.• Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to think long-term, connect financial strategy tobusiness goals, and anticipate market dynamics.• Financial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, riskmanagement practices, and financial management software.• Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a strategicmindset.• Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,capable of interacting with all organizational levels.• Team Builder: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in teamdevelopment and performance management.
