Descriptif du poste A medical project is currently looking for talented English and Arabic speaking customer service advisors for a leading medical leader (Middle Eastern market). Your main objective will be to deliver excellent service in all situations (questions, complaints, requests for advice and support). As customer service is the backbone of the company, you will play a crucial and vital role in promoting the brand and its image through effective support and satisfaction of users and patients. Among your attributes: • Handle a wide variety of customer cases by phone • Listen attentively to customer requests, demonstrating understanding • Choose the best approach (call procedure) to handle the customer case • Remain professional and calm in all situations • Document customer cases accurately and thoroughly in the appropriate tool • Demonstrate an attitude that reflects the best possible image of the company. Profil Recherché Required profile: • Have an excellent command of business English (C1 level written and spoken) • Have a good command of Khaliji and Middle eastern Dialects. • Prior experience in customer service is a plus specifically in the middle eastern market. • The capacity to clearly explain and provide guidance for a technical problem to a customer. • Good computer skills. • Serious and dynamic attitude. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Interpersonal skills .
