Your main tasks
Assist on quarterly CF and annual budget preparation
Assist on monthly rolling forecast preparation
Track weekly forecast variance to provide accurate and timely reports
Ensure monthly expense spending within annual budget / forecast
Prepare monthly expense actual & forecast report per department with deep dive expense analysis
Review accrual items to FSSC before month-end closing
Perform month-end journal entry bookings
Conduct material daily, weekly, and monthly analysis (material usage, PPV, inventory counting, scrap)
Review CER and control budget with report and management
Follow open PO, IO, and CIP tracking report monthly
Perform cost calculation and financial result analysis of existing and new projects, ensuring accurate interpretation of cost prices during start-up to secure sales margin
Complete product variance analysis between actual and standard cost per project
Prepare fixed assets management reports (acquisitions, disposals, transfers, etc.) and support physical counts
Partner with manufacturing and support areas to drive efficiencies and help achieve productivity targets
Support annual inventory counts or cycle counts
Lead ad-hoc analysis
Your ideal background
- Master's degree in Finance related field
- 5 years of experience within the automotive industry.
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Accurate, systematic, and independent work style
Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible during peak forecast or closing periods
Willingness for self-development and ambition to progress within the organization
Good communication skills to interact across different levels and functions
Understanding of product costing and management accounting
Familiar with SAP, Excel, and data manipulation
General understanding of U.S. GAAP, IFRS reporting, and local accounting rules
