Poste proposé : IT Manager H/F (Expatriation) - South Sudan
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading diversified group operating across multiple sectors. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s information technology operations, including cybersecurity, application development and management, networking, and ERP systems. This role ensures the secure, reliable, and efficient performance of all IT infrastructure and services. The IT Manager will collaborate closely with senior management to align technology strategies with business objectives and provide strategic guidance on digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cybersecurity Management
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to safeguard the organization’s IT assets.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
2. Network Administration
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s network infrastructure.
- Manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
3. ERP Systems Oversight
- Manage and maintain the company’s ERP systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs and support business processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement ERP upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide support and training for ERP users to maximize system efficiency.
4. Application Development and Management
- Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of internal and external applications supporting business operations.
- Ensure applications are designed, tested, and updated according to organizational requirements.
- Oversee the integration of applications with existing systems to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Provide support and training to application users, ensuring effective use and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors and developers to ensure timely application upgrades and enhancements.
5. IT Department Leadership
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Oversee IT project management and execution.
6. Strategic Planning and Reporting
- Collaborate with senior management to develop IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prepare and present reports on IT performance, security, and project status.
- Drive technological innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
7. Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external IT service providers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
8. Compliance and Regulatory Standards
- Ensure technology practices meet regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or similar are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on cybersecurity, networking, and ERP systems.
- Proven experience in enterprise/solution architecture and digital transformation.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and managing IT teams.
- Expertise in managing technology budgets and aligning IT strategies with business goals.
- Proficiency in a broad range of technologies and platforms.
