We are looking for a Logistics Director.
The Logistics Director is responsible for the strategic and operational coordination of the company’s entire logistics activities, including the effective management of the vehicle and equipment fleet, as well as the two warehouses located in Yaoundé and Douala. The main goal is to optimize logistics processes to support the company’s business objectives.

- University degree in Logistics, Transport, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a logistics leadership role, preferably involving fleet and warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Good command of logistics software, especially Odoo.
- Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
- Fluency in French and/or English (mandatory).
