Job Requirements
Educational Degree
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
Professional Experience
3+ years in production planning or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience improving supply chain performance.
Hands-on experience with supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Automotive industry experience in a global organization is a plus.
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of supply chain/master planning and ERP systems.
Advanced IT skills, especially Excel.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
Good command of English (spoken and written).

• Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of Production planning or Materials management in a plant/manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of supply chain improvements and related performance improvement results
• Working experience with supply chain planning systems and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Experience in the Automotive Sector within a global organisation is an advantage

• Knowledge in supply chain/ master planning and ERP systems
• Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
