    Overview :

    The Overseas Factory Project Manager is responsible for managing preparatory work, construction, production projects and operational activities at international manufacturing facilities. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level, while coordinating closely between headquarters and overseas factory teams. The position requires strong project leadership, cross-cultural communication.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Project oversight
     • Responsible for overseas project research, project implementation, and project operation, including investment policy analysis, investment revenue analysis and site selection.
     • Lead and manage factory-based production projects from planning through execution.
     • Communicate and coordinate with local government to ensure the legality and compliance of the project progress.
     • Manage the connection between upstream and downstream based on the local market condition, including raw mineral resourcing, logistics route planning.
     • Manage the connections of multiple overseas projects, ensure the smoothness of the company’s internationalization strategy.

    Communication & Reporting
     • Act as the liaison between headquarters and the overseas factory project.
     • Provide regular project updates on progress, risks, and corrective measures.
     • Facilitate effective communication across different cultural and language backgrounds.
     


    Profil recherché :

    Qualifications & Skills :

     • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, supply chain, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
     • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in factory construction, production project management, or manufacturing engineering, ideally with experience working in foreign companies.

     Skills:
     • Strong project management skills
     • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
     • Cross-cultural communication and leadership skills
     • Ability to work on-site at factory for extended periods
     • Proficiency in English and French (and additional languages are a plus)

    P.S : The company will be setting up in Morocco. The exact location has not yet been decided, but it will be either in the Casablanca or Tangier region, or in another area near a seaport.

    • Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines and business needs.
    • Most of the time is spent in an office setting outside of the production plant and/or warehouse center. The environment will include, spending long periods on the plant production floor where there is weather and non-weather-related hot or humid conditions, working near moving mechanical parts or equipment.
    • The noise level in the work environment is quiet in the office, but can be loud when on the production floor, warehouse or loading areas.
    • Frequently required to sit.
