Act as a technical interface between academic research teams (professors, PhDs, postdocs) and industrial teams (production, HSE, maintenance).

Design and run pilot-scale experiments, monitor performance (mass/energy balances, yields, critical process parameters).

Optimize the process and support scale-up to full industrial deployment.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards (HSE, ATEX, REACH, GMP if applicable).

Document results, prepare technical reports, and contribute to knowledge transfer and intellectual property (patents, know-how).
