The UM6P Corelabs is recruiting a dedicated and skilled Full Stack Developper to join our dynamic team. The Corelabs will serve as a platform to support technical and scientific research within UM6P and as a service provider to external customers. At UM6P CORELABS, you will be responsible for the complete management of digital projects, particularly the development and maintenance of departmental websites and digitalization applications. You will play a key role in coordinating between technical teams, departmental units, and the central IT department.
Main responsabilities:
Manage web and IT development projects from design to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and user needs.
Develop and maintain a variety of solutions using Next.js, Express, C/C++, Python, R, and other full-stack technologies.
Design ergonomic and optimized user interfaces, with a strong focus on user experience (UX).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze functional and technical needs and propose tailored solutions.
Integrate and interface information systems with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and external services.
Monitor and maintain departmental IT applications and projects, ensuring their scalability and performance.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of developers and coordinators, fostering collaboration and skills development.
Centralize coordination between the various project teams, departmental units, and the UM6P IT department to ensure smooth and efficient communication.
Act as the primary interface between development teams and central IT, particularly for infrastructure management, security, and deployment.
Administer Windows and Linux systems, manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD, and ensure secure application hosting.
Contribute to the management of large volumes of data: archiving, streaming, backup, and secure backup.
Actively participate in the department's cross-functional IT activities: recruitment, technical support, and continuous improvement.
Explore, propose, and implement new technologies and methodologies to optimize processes.
Profil recherché :
Profile:
Master's degree or engineering degree in computer science, software development, or an equivalent field.
Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in full-stack development, with experience in digital project management and team coordination.
Strong programming skills (TypeScript, Next.js, React, C/C++), with Python and R preferred.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as their effective integration into complex web applications.
Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, IT administration, cloud infrastructures, and CI/CD deployment.
Strong interest in scientific and experimental data management and the digitalization of business processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, autonomy, rigor, and stress management.
