Experienced QA and Software Testing Professional with 7+ years in end-to-end testing, automation, and software development support. Skilled in designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated test plans to ensure system reliability and performance. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams, translating complex technical details into clear business insights, and driving continuous improvement in software quality processes.Profil recherché :
Key Skill:
1. High aptitude for understanding information systems technology
2. Strong team player; ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment
3. Strong communication skills; ability to 'translate' technical explanations to business stakeholders
4. Test Design and Execution: Expertise in designing and executing automated and manual test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing.
5. Software development experience in any modern language (JAVA, JS, C#), ability to understand JSON/XML, and experience debugging/triaging software defects and issues
6. Familiarity with API Testing Tools (Manual and Automation)
Nice to have:
Clear communication skills
Knowledge of Bells Dispatch and Workorder Management products an asset
Familiar with Confluence; JIRA a must have
Automation Expertise: Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber, JMeter, Katalon

Create Automated tests suites
Create Test cases in Jira
Triage and troubleshoot Defects
Prioritize investigations with Agile teams
Able to do Exploratory Testing
Execute Automated test suites
Perform manual testing such as unit, SFT, regression and performance/load testing
