We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Manager to join our esteemed organization, situated in the vibrant city of Meknès, Morocco. The primary ambition for this role is to establish and maintain an exceptional quality management system that consistently meets and exceeds industry benchmarks and customer expectations. This involves a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and implementing robust preventive measures to ensure the seamless production of high-caliber automotive components. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where every team member is empowered to contribute to quality enhancement initiatives. Furthermore, the objective extends to optimizing processes to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity, thereby securing the company's competitive edge in the global automotive market. The successful candidate will drive the achievement of key quality performance indicators, ensuring full compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

As the Quality Manager, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of critical functions. You will be tasked with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the quality management system, ensuring its alignment with international standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. This includes defining quality policies, objectives, and procedures across all departments. A significant part of your role will involve overseeing all quality-related activities, from incoming material inspection to final product release, identifying non-conformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

You will lead and manage the quality team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing unit. Conducting regular internal audits and facilitating external audits by certification bodies and customers will be crucial. Analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management are also vital aspects of the position. You will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain departments to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements. Furthermore, managing supplier quality and conducting supplier audits will be essential to ensure the integrity of the entire value chain. Championing a strong quality culture throughout the organization will be a cornerstone of your contribution.


Profil recherché :

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates should possess :

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Quality Management .
  • Minimum 7–10years of experience in a quality management role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or similar standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across departments and with external partners
  • High proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required.

Exceptional candidates will demonstrate a profound understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, including statistical process control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Strong leadership and team management abilities are essential, enabling you to effectively guide and motivate a quality assurance team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are paramount, allowing for the identification of complex issues and the development of effective solutions. The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders is crucial. Proficiency in relevant software, including ERP systems and quality management software, would be advantageous. A proactive mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to achieving excellence are key attributes sought for this role.
