Responsibilities :

Mapping: Create mapping data for business districts and key streets, update data information in a timely manner according to market changes, and gain insights into site selection priorities through dataSite
selection evaluation: evaluate and negotiate the business district and store site selection, and be responsible for key indicators such as store location, store construction and rental costs. 3. Client relationship maintenance: maintain relationships with real estate developers

Have good market potential business district / consumption pattern / competitive environment / ability to analyze Traffic
Have good communication and coordination skills with department stores across Morocco
Able to work independently and be responsible for store evaluation, rent negotiation and contract signing
Fluent English and French communication skills
