Poste :

Position Overview The Student Industry Relations (SIR) Coordinator plays a central role in connecting students with the hospitality industry, managing internship and career placement processes, and leveraging digital tools and data insights to enhance SHBM’s industry engagement. This role requires a data-driven and tech-oriented professional who can ensure the seamless integration of new systems and support evidence-based decision-making across career and partnership initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Industry Relations & Networking

  • Maintain and expand SHBM’s network of hospitality and tourism partners in Morocco and internationally.
  • Represent SHBM in professional events, networking forums, and career fairs.
  • Promote SHBM’s talent pool and strengthen visibility among key industry stakeholders.

Partnership Development

  • Design and implement digital strategies to create long-term collaborations with hotels, restaurant groups, and tourism institutions.
  • Use data insights to identify partnership opportunities aligned with SHBM’s strategic goals.
  • Ensure partner data is captured, structured, and updated in the CRM system.

Internship & Job Placement Management

  • Coordinate the end-to-end internship process (offer collection, student matching, document management, evaluation).
  • Support students in career preparation: preparation, interview training, and access to job platforms.
  • Guarantee academic and contractual compliance through ClickUp or equivalent digital systems.
  • Use data dashboards to track placement progress, internship satisfaction, and outcomes.

Career Events & Employer Engagement

  • Organize and manage digital and physical events such as the Internship & Networking Forum (INF), company visits, and masterclasses.
  • Leverage CRM, email automation, and data tracking tools to manage employer participation and engagement metrics. 5. Industry Feedback & Analytics
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize employer and student feedback data to measure performance and satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with academic leadership to align programs with market trends and emerging skill requirements. 6. Alumni Relations
  • Develop and maintain an active digital alumni network to foster mentoring, internship, and employment opportunities.
  • Implement and manage an alumni database and analytics dashboard to monitor engagement KPIs.

Communication & Reporting

  • Generate periodic reports and visual dashboards on partnerships, placements, and events.
  • Contribute to SHBM’s online visibility through digital content (LinkedIn, newsletters, CRM campaigns, website).
  • Support the implementation of new digital tools and ensure consistent data entry and integrity.

Profil recherché :

Profile Requirements Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or related field.

 

Experience

  • Experience in hospitality, communication, career services, or data-oriented administrative roles.
  • Strong interest in technology, digital platforms, and data management systems.
  • Applications from motivated young professionals with strong digital literacy are encouraged. Core Competencies

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams (academic, career, and industry).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems, project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, HubSpot, Airtable,…), or database software.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and event management platforms. Languages
  • Fluent in English and French.
