As a System Analyst, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Requirement gathering and documentation
- Process Mapping & optimization
- Stakeholder engagement (conducting workshops, presenting recommendations)
Profile main requirements (must have qualifications) :
- University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, physic, mathematics or relevant experience in equivalent domain
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Minimum of +3 years as a Systems Analyst
- High aptitude for understanding information systems technology and the ability to understand JSON/XML, etc.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong team player; ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment
- Experience debugging/triaging software defects and issues
