Key Responsibilities
Engage with existing and prospective banking clients by phone, email, or in person to understand their financial needs and provide tailored advice on bank products and services.
Recommend appropriate banking solutions such as chequing and savings accounts, credit products, investment options, and digital banking tools.
Support clients in achieving their financial goals while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance objectives, including customer satisfaction, advisory targets, and service quality metrics.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank’s products, promotions, financial regulations, and competitive market offerings.
Deliver a professional, consultative, and customer-centric experience in every interaction.
Accurately process client requests, complete required documentation, and update customer profiles in the CRM and banking systems.
Profil Recherché
Profile Sought
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client advisory, sales, or account management (experience in banking, financial services, or a regulated environment is an asset).
Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trusting relationships with clients.
Comfortable using digital tools, CRM platforms, and modern banking technologies.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine desire to support clients in making informed financial decisions.
