Poste :

Join Foundever Rabat as a Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist supporting an iconic global brand in the Canadian market.

In this role, you’ll be part of a dedicated HR support team helping employees with workplace questions, policy clarifications, and employment-related concerns. You’ll ensure each interaction is handled with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism, contributing to a positive employee experience across a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse, international team, gaining exposure to North American HR practices and building your expertise in employee relations and global service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees via phone and email.
• Offer clear and accurate information on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Handle employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR teams when needed.
• Identify trends in employee requests and suggest process improvements.


Profil recherché :

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field (required).
• Previous experience in Employee Relations or HR support is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts and managing sensitive HR matters.
