Missions principales :
En tant que Collaborateur Service Client, vous êtes un acteur essentiel de la satisfaction et de la fidélisation des clients IKEA.
Votre mission consiste à garantir une expérience fluide, simple et positive, de l’achat jusqu’après la vente.
Vos principales responsabilités :
- Accueillir les clients avec professionnalisme et bienveillance, en incarnant les valeurs IKEA.
- Accompagner les clients dans leurs demandes (échanges, remboursements, retours, réclamations, services de livraison ou montage).
- Assurer la bonne gestion des transactions et la tenue des caisses selon les procédures internes.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales, logistiques et de sécurité pour résoudre les situations clients de manière rapide et efficace.
- Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue du service client à travers des feedbacks constructifs.
Profil recherché :
Profil recherché :
- Formation Bac+2 ou plus en commerce, gestion, ou équivalent.
- Première expérience en relation client ou en environnement retail souhaitée.
- Excellente communication, sens du service et empathie naturelle.
- Esprit d’équipe, rigueur et capacité à gérer les priorités.
- Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’arabe ; anglais souhaité.
