Join a dynamic multinational in the Retail sector, specialized in creating unique experiences for its customers. Located in Zenata, this Visual Merchandising Coworker position is a key opportunity to shape the brand image and visual appeal of our stores. Your role will be essential in translating our commercial strategies into attractive and inspiring environments.
The main objective of this role is to ensure that every sales area accurately reflects the brand identity while optimizing the customer experience. It involves creating an engaging and memorable shopping journey that drives sales and strengthens the positive perception of our products.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing impactful visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines and market trends.
- Installing and maintaining product displays, ensuring aesthetics, functionality, and space profitability.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align merchandising actions with promotional campaigns and sales objectives.
- Analyzing display performance and proposing adjustments to improve visual and commercial impact.
- Monitoring trends in design, space planning, and product presentation to bring innovation and fresh ideas.
- Managing merchandising materials and ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
Profil recherché :
To excel in this role, a Master’s degree (Bac +5 or higher) is required, ideally in Urban Planning or Architecture. A strong understanding of spatial and aesthetic design principles is essential.
A professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role or in a related sector is expected. During this time, you have developed hands-on expertise in visual merchandising and a strong awareness of commercial presentation challenges.
- Strong creativity and artistic sense, with the ability to translate concepts into concrete executions.
- Solid visual merchandising skills, including knowledge of layout principles, color theory, and lighting.
- Excellent understanding of sales strategies and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective collaborator within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in visual design tools (a plus).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly attentive to presentation standards.

Poste :
The Application Specialist’s primary responsibility is to carry out the configuration and development activities for the company’s Microsoft Dynamics NAV system & Business Central and to resolve the end-user’s day-to-day issues. The primary focus will be technical liaison to business groups for application support.
- Good Knowledge on MS Dynamics NAV & Business Central software and components in all functional areas.
- Debug system problems and craft resolutions.
- Write reports using C/AL, SSRS, and Visual Studio
- Installation and implementation of service packs and hot fixes as needed.
- Coordinate and contribute to end-user training including system documentation and training materials.
- Assist with functional specifications of customizations and integrations required for NAV implementations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Profil recherché :
Qualifications Required:
- Up to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- IT related bachelor's degree or computer diploma / certificate.
- Communication skills should be very clear in both written and spoken.
- Strong identification with the IKEA culture and values
- High interest in home furnishings, people´s life at home and the IKEA range
- Understand Computers, Network and Hardware fundamentals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Operational and procedural knowledge of Navision, DOMS, SMGF and Ecommerce
- Understanding of User experience and User Journey.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting different IKEA Business Tools
- Experience of working in a customer-focused service industry
- Up to date knowledge of market trends on different applications which support IKEA Business.
- Able to handle simultaneous issues during peak times and capabilities to resolve them on time.
- Experience customizing NAV 2009 R2, NAV 2015, NAV 2016, Business Central, D365 F&O.
- Install and Configuration certifications will be an added advantage.
- Functional knowledge of Finance Management, Sales & Marketing, and Purchase, Warehouse
