Are you a recent HR graduate looking to launch your career in a global, people-focused organization? Foundever Rabat is hiring Bilingual Employee Relations Specialists to support one of the world’s most iconic brands in the Canadian market.

In this role, you will join an international HR support team dedicated to providing employees with clear guidance, empathetic assistance, and timely solutions. You will contribute directly to creating a positive employee experience while developing strong expertise in North American HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees via phone and email
• Provide accurate information on policies, benefits, and HR procedures
• Handle employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate HR teams when required
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements

Profil recherché :

Profile & Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related field (required)
• Experience in Employee Relations or HR support is a plus
• Fluent in French and English (spoken & written)
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work night shifts
• High level of integrity when managing sensitive HR matters
