Scope of the Role
As a transversal role, the Lead Architect oversees the strategic technical vision and architectural decisions across the Digital Factory’s projects. You will play a key role in:
§Shaping architectural guidelines and standards to support agility, scalability, and reusability.
§Designing product architectures based on Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles.
§Orchestrating the architectural governance and leading the Design Authority across all product lines.
Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across engineering, product, security, and country-level teams.
Expected Results (KPIs)
§Delivery of consistent, scalable, and secure architectures aligned with product vision and business needs.
§Establishment of a trusted API ecosystem through successful deployment of API Gateways and Marketplace.
§Improved modularity, agility, and performance of systems via modern architecture practices.
§Timely product delivery with reduced technical debt and enhanced developer productivity.

Profile and competencies
Qualifications:
§Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
§7+ years of experience in architecture roles in Telecom, Banking, or Digital Platforms.
Technical Expertise:
§Architecture: Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, BDD, TDD.
§API Management: Kong, Apigee, KrakenD, AWS/Azure API Management.
§Service Mesh: Istio, Linkerd.
§Integration & Orchestration: MuleSoft, BizTalk, Apache Camel, or equivalent.
§Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform.
§Frameworks & Tools: TOGAF, ArchiMate, Lucidchart, Gliffy, Swagger/OpenAPI.
