Poste :

Key Responsibilities:


1. Forecasting & Demand Planning
• Develop, maintain, and improve short-, medium-, and long-term sales forecasts using statistical tools, market insights, and historical data.
• Collaborate with Sales, and Goods Flow Teams to integrate campaign plans, promotions, and new launches into the forecast.
• Regularly review and adjust forecasts based on market trends, seasonality, and performance analysis.
• Analyse deviations between forecasts and actual sales to identify root causes and corrective actions.


2. Ordering Management
• Control & Monitor the ordering Process Execution according to the sales forecasts translated into accurate ordering plans for suppliers, distribution centers and Consolidation Points.
• Ensure the follow-up for the ordering parameters: Sales Forecasts, Sales Space and Safety Stock to secure continuous product availability.
• Collaborate in Management of the Stock Levels to maximize the stock turnover, reduce the obsolete and the over stock volumes.


3. Performance Monitoring
• Track key KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, Service Level Availability, Stock Coverage, and Stock Structure (Healthy Stock/Obsolete&Overstock).
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to management highlighting risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Participate in weekly meetings with the Service Office to assess different aspects of Ordering and Forecasting Performance.


4. Systems & Process Optimization
• Maintain accuracy of system parameters (SSC, EWS, Safety Stock).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and digitalization of the ordering and forecasting processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency in ERP (Navision) and planning tools.
 


Profil recherché :

Qualifications & Skills:


Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.


Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management (preferably in FMCG or retail environment).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Navision, SAP, Oracle, JDA, OMP) and forecasting tools.


Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Power BI or other analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of demand planning models and inventory management principles.


Soft Skills:
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement orientation.
