Poste :
En tant que stagiaire QHSE, tu accompagneras le Responsable QHSE dans la mise en œuvre et le suivi des standards IKEA en matière de qualité, sécurité et environnement.
Tes missions comprendront notamment :
- Participer à la mise à jour et à la diffusion des procédures QHSE.
- Contribuer à la sensibilisation des équipes sur les bonnes pratiques sécurité, hygiène et environnement.
- Suivre les indicateurs QHSE
- Participer aux inspections terrain et proposer des plans d’action correctifs.
- Appuyer la mise en conformité environnementale
Profil recherché :
- Étudiant(e) en Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement, ou équivalent.
- Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et proactif(ve), avec un réel sens de la responsabilité.
- Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
- Intérêt marqué pour la sécurité au travail, la prévention des risques et le développement durable.
- Maîtrise du pack Office et aisance avec les outils de reporting.
- Un bon niveau de français est requis, l’anglais est un plus.
