About the Role

Join Hilton's prestigious EMEA Finance Leadership Graduate Programme (Finesse), a 36-month immersive development journey designed to fast-track your path to a senior finance leadership role within 5–7 years. Programme Structure

  • Two 12-month placements in different EMEA countries, followed by a third year in a dedicated finance role
  • Exposure to core business functions including Operations, Commercial, and Human Resources
  • CIMA professional finance qualification with full funding and dedicated learning support
  • Access to Hilton University's e-learning modules, business library, and tailored finance and leadership programmes
  • Personalised mentoring, regular feedback, and peer buddy support throughout the programme

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Hospitality, Business, or related field (completed by 1 September 2027)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Eligibility to work in the EMEA region
  • Full mobility and willingness to relocate for both placements
  • Aspiration to become a future financial leader
  • Commitment to managing full-time work while studying for CIMA qualification
  • Availability to begin employment on 1 September 2027

Selection Process
