About the Role

Cypher is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our international team of entrepreneurs. You will lead financial reporting and analysis for our client portfolio, supervise entry-level accountants, optimize accounting processes, and contribute to the company's growth and development of financial products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and U.S. GAAP standards
  • Manage and guide entry-level accountants, fostering their professional growth and ensuring efficient workflows
  • Develop and optimize accounting processes using SAP, XERO, Quickbooks, and CRM tools
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and contribute strategies for company growth and financial product development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of proven experience as an accountant
  • CPA or CFA certification preferred; audit background advantageous
  • Experience within a Big Four firm highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI familiarity is a plus
  • Fluent in English for team and client communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Leadership abilities and excellent communication and presentation skills
