Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
- Input, update, and monitor orders in the system
- Issue and organize invoices, delivery notes, transport documents, contracts, and other commercial documentation
- Maintain organized physical and digital archives
Commercial Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing commercial proposals
- Track order status and respond to customer inquiries
- Update product data, pricing, and commercial conditions
Logistics Support
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Record and monitor stock movements
- Verify logistics documentation (delivery notes, certificates)
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical course required; higher education in Administration, Management, or similar areas is a plus
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the food, agricultural or transportation sector
- Bilingual (French - English) - fluent level required
- Basic understanding of logistics and commercial documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required)
- Familiarity with ERP management systems (e.g., PHC, Primavera, SAP, or similar)
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
