Your Role
- Develop and standardize Manufacturing System Designs (MSD) for advanced and high-voltage technologies
- Prepare NBQ ME packages including capacity studies, investment estimates, cost evaluations, and layout evolution
- Analyze machine capacity, labor time, and automation scenarios using standardized calculation tools
- Prepare MSD and industrialization presentations for customer RFQs with layouts, plans, headcount, and automation scenarios
- Support DFA workshops and ensure manufacturing engineering inputs are reflected in product and process decisions
- Maintain Bills of Process (BOPs) with central Process Engineering teams and provide monthly CB1 updates
Your Background
- Master's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing engineering position
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with problem-solving expertise
