Job Summary

Under general supervision and reporting to the Operations Manager, the Delivery Assurance Specialist serves as a vital link between Prime Aerospace customers and their supplier base. You will improve delivery performance by tracking, validating, expediting, and reporting real-time part delivery status. This role requires solid manufacturing experience with a focus on root cause analysis and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Language Requirement: Must be local and fluent in Darija (Moroccan Arabic) and English.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage open order and customer reports by analyzing supplier delivery status, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing mitigation plans for continuous improvement
  • Track and proactively communicate critical status updates for priority parts through manufacturing phases, from PO receipt through delivery to customer
  • Communicate daily and weekly status updates via Trigo/Customer systems and reports
  • Provide onsite support at supplier sites to ensure on-time delivery through milestone validation and Trigo tools
  • Prepare presentations and lead meetings with customers and suppliers as needed
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer and supplier stakeholders
  • Escalate observations and concerns to Trigo Management
  • Identify opportunities for additional Trigo services and support to suppliers and customers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required Skills:

  • Fluent English (reading and writing)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and independent decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Experience working on process improvement teams or Six Sigma certification

Abilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of data and information
  • Understand, interpret, and apply applicable policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
  • Pass pre-hire background check including credit screening

Education and Experience

  • 5-10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Machine Shop or Sheet Metal
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in supply chain management, engineering, business, quality assurance, or related field (preferred)
  • Any combination of education and experience may be considered

Requirements

  • Current and active driver's license with reliable transportation
  • UK Citizenship required

Working Conditions

Typical office environment with occasional onsite supplier visits. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours and weekend overtime. Requires light lifting (up to 20 pounds), prolonged sitting, and occasional driving long distances to supplier sites (approximately 1-2 miles daily walking). Moderate to high noise levels in work environment.
