About the Role
Join DHL Global Forwarding as an Air Freight Customer & Operations Specialist in Morocco. You will provide administrative support for air freight forwarding processes and activities, supporting both internal and external customers. Main Responsibilities
- Support air freight forwarding processes and activities under direct supervision for internal and external customers
- Perform data processing, validation, documentation, and research tasks to support operational requirements
- Create and confirm transport orders, perform bookings, and optimize booking arrangements
- Prepare, review, and distribute import and export documentation while updating customs shipment information
- Gather and provide information for customer visits to maintain strong business relationships and enhance retention
- Collate data and prepare reports on account performance; escalate recurring issues to supervisors
Key Skills Required
- Air freight forwarding, routing, and shipping knowledge
- Import/export, customs brokerage, and customs regulations expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
