About the Role
Paired is seeking a hands-on AI Video Editor to create high-performing video content for e-commerce brands. You'll collaborate with creative strategists to transform creative briefs into engaging advertisements for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide who are fluent in French.
Main Responsibilities
- Edit and produce video ads optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms
- Leverage AI tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, and Kling to create animations, effects, and AI-generated visuals
- Transform creative briefs and scripts into high-impact video executions with strong hooks and pacing
- Create motion graphics, AI animations, and visual effects tailored to performance goals
- Adapt and repurpose content across different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios
- Generate multiple creative variations for A/B testing and iterate based on performance data and feedback
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content creation
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Hands-on experience with AI video and animation tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, or similar)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and performance-focused video content
- Fluent French (written and spoken) and good English communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
