About the Role

Join Renew Capital as an AI & Automation Intern and support the team in exploring, implementing and operationalizing artificial intelligence tools that improve internal workflows, research processes and data analysis. This role focuses on identifying practical AI applications across operations, investment analysis and ecosystem development, working closely with cross-functional teams to prototype solutions and automate repetitive tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms to improve internal workflows and productivity
  • Develop and test AI-driven solutions for automation, data processing and internal knowledge management
  • Build simple AI-powered workflows using platforms such as Gemini and support integration into daily operations
  • Conduct research on AI trends, tools and applications relevant to venture capital and investment ecosystems
  • Create internal documentation, training materials and tutorials to help team members adopt AI tools
  • Support experimentation with AI for data analysis, document summarization and workflow optimization

Required Qualifications

  • Recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Economics or related fields
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation and emerging technologies
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Curiosity, initiative and willingness to explore new solutions independently
