About the Role
Sparkrock is seeking a passionate .NET Chief Architect to drive product innovation and deliver secure, high-quality software to social benefit organizations. You will lead technical strategy, mentor developers, and increasingly leverage AI/agentic coding tools to solve complex architectural challenges.
Main Responsibilities
- Evaluate technical designs and ensure alignment with product standards
- Define technical and coding standards; lead code reviews and architectural decisions
- Code complex solutions and prototypes, directing AI-assisted development tools
- Manage product release processes and document application architecture
- Mentor platform developers and serve as technical expert across departments
- Deliver deep dives on complex problems and develop implementation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science or relevant field
- 15+ years of .NET development experience
- 5+ years of full-stack development and enterprise SaaS experience
- Proven ERP product development background
- Hands-on expertise with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent)
- Strong experience with unit/integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior management
- Excellent English communication skills and detail-oriented mindset

- Agentic/multi-agent workflow experience
- DevOps expertise
- T-SQL and legacy VB6 modernization experience
- Previous remote work experience
