Senior Data Consultant
Artefact is looking for Senior Data Consultants to lead data projects and complete projects autonomously.
Responsibilities
The Senior Data Consultant leads complete projects autonomously, working in client teams or Artefact offices under the supervision of a manager, director, or partner. They are also responsible for mentoring junior consultants.
Project management
- Leading one or more streams
- Ensuring mission delivery
- Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
- Handling project management tasks (note-taking, minutes, documentation, planning, etc.)
- Providing constructive feedback to junior team members
Deliverable production
- Independently producing presentations (benchmarks, case studies, workshop decks, steerco sections)
- Writing storylines (key messages, content, etc.)
- Creating and delivering impactful slides
- Leading interviews and workshops
Client relationship management
- Building trustful relationships with clients
- Demonstrating confidence in networking situations
- Identifying potential business opportunities
Active contribution to Artefact's development
- Developing an offer, an industry, a chapter, or a partnership with your school
- Participating in recruitment processes by interviewing candidates
- Conducting training sessions to onboard new hires
Internal impact
- Supporting and developing expertise (strategy, data governance, data marketing, etc.)
- Ensuring knowledge dissemination within the company
- Participating in external events and creating Artefact content
- Coaching and developing junior consultants' skills
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a consulting firm
- A dual 'business' and 'data' profile
- Curiosity and passion for data and technological evolution
- An analytical mindset and an interest in problem-solving
- Experience in client management, ability to identify business opportunities, and enjoyment of interactions
- Rigor and proactivity
- Proficiency in Google Suite/Office Suite and workshop tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English (mandatory)
