About the Role
Join Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, as a Retail Account Manager Intern in Casablanca. This 6-month full-time internship offers a challenging opportunity to contribute to one of Morocco's fastest-growing startups in the delivery and Q-commerce space.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in managing strategic partner relationships, including P&L tracking, product integrations, and co-marketing efforts
- Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare business reviews, presentations, and related materials
- Support analysis of partner performance metrics and drive consistent month-over-month growth
- Track, report, and forecast key account metrics to maintain strong partner relationships
- Prepare reports and dashboards for partner presentations and operational improvements
- Work collaboratively in a supportive environment that fosters growth and development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic
- Data-driven, organized, and proactive approach
- Empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
