Vos missions

  • Take part in internal launch readiness reviews and support SOP and launch activities
  • Support architectural and building layout with the Lear Facilities Department from an equipment and installation perspective

Profil recherché

  • You have proven experience in automotive assembly manufacturing and want to run equipment projects from design through launch
  • You have hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment
  • You are comfortable with automation platforms such as TIA Portal and Siemens, and with vision systems
  • You are fluent in English, both verbal and written, and can travel up to 50% of the time

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong background with production lines, conveyors, and finished goods flow
  • Competence in automation systems, especially TIA Portal and Siemens platforms
  • Working knowledge of ABB robotics
  • Experience with vision systems (Keyence / Cognex)
  • Nice to have: exposure to virtual commissioning tools and methodologies
