About the Role
We seek an experienced Android (Kotlin) Developer with 3–5 years of experience and 2+ years of Compose expertise to build robust, reusable UI components. This UI-focused role requires strong collaboration with design teams, deep understanding of Figma and design systems, and commitment to accessibility and clean code standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reusable Compose components aligned with design system guidelines
- Translate Figma designs into production-ready, modular Compose components
- Apply design tokens (colors, typography, spacing, states) consistently throughout code
- Ensure accessibility standards compliance and support multiple screen sizes, orientations, language directions, and dark/light themes
- Collaborate with designers to refine layouts, animations, and interactions
- Maintain high standards of code clarity, modularity, testability, and performance
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional Android (Kotlin) development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Compose experience
- Proven ability to build modular, reusable UI components within design systems
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Practical experience with Figma design files: components, variants, design tokens, auto-layout, and responsive behavior
- High attention to detail in UI behavior, layout precision, and animations
