The Role
Join our operations team in a fast-paced environment designed for early-career professionals. This is a hands-on execution role where you will review documents, update data, and communicate with stakeholders—not build strategy decks. You'll learn business analysis and operations by doing the actual work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Process documentation, claims, and data reports following standard operating procedures
- Identify and flag anomalies, missing information, or process breaks before they escalate
- Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations
- Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets and internal systems for accurate daily reporting
- Manage conflicting priorities and deadlines while communicating trade-offs to your team
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Up to 2 years of experience in operations, administration, data entry, or customer-facing roles (recent graduates welcome)
- High attention to detail with discipline to follow multi-step processes accurately
- Strong problem-solving instincts and judgment on when to investigate versus escalate
- Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate empathetically during escalations
- Flexible schedule allowing consistent overlap with US business hours
- Spanish fluency is ideal
