About the Role

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. We are seeking an Arabic AI Session Reviewer to evaluate recorded sessions where users interact with AI assistants via voice and camera.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review recorded sessions of user interactions with AI assistants and assess response quality
  • Compare assistant responses against visible video content to identify hallucinated or fabricated details
  • Score sessions on visual interpretation, accuracy, relevance, response timing, and spatial language use
  • Evaluate the appropriateness and timing of warnings related to health, safety, or financial security
  • Write detailed, evidence-based comments supporting each score with concrete examples from sessions
  • Capture conversation turns and metadata in the intake form

Required Qualifications

  • Native or native-level Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Clear, precise written Arabic communication
  • Professional English reading comprehension
  • Attention to detail and consistent application of scoring rubrics
  • Android phone with working camera and microphone (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data annotation, linguistic QA, content moderation, or AI model evaluation
  • Training in linguistics, translation, or interpreting
  • Ability to recognize unnatural or non-native Arabic

Position Details

  • Type: Contract
  • Compensation: $17–$23 per hour
  • Location: Remote
  • Start Date: Immediate (high volume of work expected August 26–31)
