About the Role

Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and KPIs
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a luxury shopping experience
- Supervise and support team members in daily operations, sales, and customer engagement
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with Sacoor Brothers' brand standards
- Assist in stock management, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention efforts
- Participate in staff training, performance evaluation, and coaching to enhance team effectiveness
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Oversee cash handling, daily reports, and administrative tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Act as the Store Manager's delegate in their absence, ensuring seamless store operations
What We're Looking For
- Well-presented, motivated, and eager to work in a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement
- English language skills are a plus
