Role Overview

Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will be accountable for building relationships and driving monetisation of the Fresha platform. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, working autonomously while making a direct impact on business growth.

Note: Arabic fluency is mandatory for this position. All Fresha employees work from the office five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet key performance indicators on monetisation, retention, and revenue growth by proactively engaging with and educating partners on Fresha platform value
• Analyse reports and execute upselling plans to increase monetised revenue from existing accounts
• Build meaningful partner relationships through online video meetings and ensure strong partner experience
• Administer consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to maintain engagement and reduce churn

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
• Experience: 1-2 years as an SDR and 1-2 years as a revenue-generating account manager
• Commercial Growth: Demonstrable experience managing and driving commercial growth in large account bases, ideally in SaaS
• SMB Sales: Experience selling into small and medium-sized businesses
• Key Traits: Commercially motivated, self-starter, proactive, adaptable, excellent communicator with strong time management and problem-solving mindset

3. Presentation interview with Hiring Team (75 minutes)
