Bartender/Mixologist

About the Role

As a Bartender/Mixologist at Hilton, you will deliver exceptional hospitality by preparing and serving drinks while creating memorable experiences for every guest. This is more than a bartending position—it's an opportunity to spread warmth and light through outstanding service.

Main Responsibilities

• Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions and proactively enhancing their experience
• Prepare and serve beverages by mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipe standards with accuracy and satisfaction
• Maintain bar operations by stocking and organizing bar supplies, beverages, glassware, and perishables for seamless service
• Process payments efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system for cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
• Monitor product quality by managing inventory and ensuring the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
• Address guest concerns professionally, including managing situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect while ensuring a safe environment
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain the highest standards of well-being
