Join BCG Africa's offices in Nairobi, Casablanca, Lagos, South Africa, or Cairo as a Junior/Associate/Senior Associate. You'll work on high-impact projects solving complex business challenges across the African continent.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in cross-functional teams solving complex client challenges across various industries and geographies
- Conduct in-depth data analyses using advanced tools to drive hypothesis generation and develop actionable recommendations
- Drive independent workstreams and contribute to overall project success
- Conduct interviews with clients, sector specialists, and subject matter experts both inside and outside BCG
- Communicate insights thoughtfully to steer decisions and oversee change execution with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and present proposals and ideas responding to customer needs and issues
What You'll Bring
- Currently studying at a UK university (undergraduate, Master's, PhD, or MBA) or 2-5 years of post-degree experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving with high attention to detail
- Critical thinking ability to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions
- Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local office language(s)
- Ability to collaborate in diverse teams and adapt to changing circumstances
- Work authorization for African offices
