About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Team Manager (French/English) to lead and coach a team of Customer Advisors in our Casablanca call center. This position operates 24/7 and requires strong leadership and performance management skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coach and support a team of Customer Advisors in achieving their objectives
  • Ensure the application of performance indicators and overall team performance, ensuring compliance with internal objectives
  • Guarantee excellent and efficient quality of service provided to customers
  • Ensure daily supervision of the team while guaranteeing excellent quality of response to all calls
  • Continuously evaluate team performance, establish training needs and monitor career development
  • Ensure team members' attendance and discipline
  • Ensure the achievement of performance targets (Internal & External)
  • Produce reports and statistics required to monitor business activity
