Business Analyst – Management Consulting

About the Role

Join McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst and take ownership of client workstreams to solve complex business challenges. You'll work with Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups, combining research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming to generate breakthrough solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Own workstreams on client service teams, uncovering true challenges behind client strategies
• Conduct research, data analysis, and interviews to generate fresh insights and actionable recommendations
• Create work product-focused materials including PowerPoint decks, Excel models, and written deliverables
• Collaborate with clients and McKinsey colleagues to implement transformations and drive long-term change
• Equip clients with tools and knowledge to sustain innovation and improvements independently

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with less than 4 years of work experience
• Excellent organizational capabilities and ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local office languages
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making and logical reasoning
• Exceptional time management in autonomous work environments
• Ability to work outside traditional business hours and travel to varying work environments
