Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our talent pool. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, translate complex requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions in the pharmaceutical industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and solve complex issues affecting multiple services
• Analyze, elicit, and document business requirements, then transform them into technical specifications
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Writers on product scoping, planning, development, and delivery
• Prepare and manage technical requirements throughout the Software Development Lifecycle
• Create and deliver presentations of proposed solutions to key stakeholders
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and lead quality improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in an Agile environment
• Upper-Intermediate English level with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical requirements
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and end-to-end SDLC
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and visualization tools (Figma, Axure RP)
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and model business workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
