Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our global team in Casablanca. You will be 100% focused on bringing in new business development, reporting directly to the Business Development Team Lead and collaborating with the Commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with complete autonomy over your pipeline and quota targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve sales KPIs and quota targets through effective pipeline management
  • Conduct outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email and social channels to bring on new business
  • Present, promote and sell products through product demos to prospective and existing partners
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close, performing cost-benefit and needs analysis
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document outcomes in CRM
  • Serve as lead point of contact for partners on commercial activities and provide market trend feedback

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
  • Strong relationship building and hunter mentality with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Natural curiosity with desire to continuously grow and develop
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic

Interview Process

  1. Screen Call with Talent Team (30 minutes)
  2. Skills & Experience Interview with Hiring Manager (45 minutes)
  3. Presentation Interview with Hiring Team (75 minutes)

We aim to finalize the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 2 weeks.
