About the Role

Join ArrowSphere, an innovative cloud management platform by Arrow ECS, and contribute to simplifying multi-cloud software delivery. As a Business Operations Analyst within the FinOps team, you will ensure data availability, reliability, and accuracy across the ArrowSphere platform while collaborating with stakeholders across Europe and North America.

Main Responsibilities

  • AWS Operations: Manage daily operational tasks including configuring and onboarding/offboarding AWS accounts, reconciling accounts, reporting new accounts to AWS, validating orders, updating discounts, and managing AWS support cases.
  • AWS Billing & Discounts: Reconcile monthly invoicing across all countries, analyze and resolve discrepancies, and conduct AWS consumption and discount analysis to ensure alignment.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams (technical, infrastructure, support, data scientists) to resolve AWS-related issues and provide timely responses to business, sales, and finance inquiries.
  • Process Improvement: Support implementation of new AWS models, contribute to process documentation, and assist with AWS or ArrowSphere-related projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Operations or related field
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with complex environments
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace challenges

Location & Employment

Full-time position based in Casablanca, Morocco (Boulevard Al Quods).
