About the Role
We are seeking a Business Process Expert to support our BPM Business Support team based in Mohamdia. You will drive digital transformation initiatives and process optimization across the organization, working with our Data and Process Management centers of excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate Data and Process Management programs and initiatives from concept to implementation
- Document input and prepare process requirements documents for internal Data and Process Management centers of excellence
- Support process management throughout development; ensure deliverables meet original standards and KPIs
- Identify and evaluate internal digital assets and organizational strengths
- Articulate emerging digital technologies and Sartorius's digital future with focus on customer needs
- Support configuration requirements, integration decisions, and technology process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing large-scale projects in digital environments
- Technical background or working knowledge of software development processes and tools
- Fluent in English
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and digital trends
- Strong analytical thinking and conceptual skills
