About the role

Help train and evaluate AI agents that work inside a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks, work that would take an expert 10–15 hours. Requirements

  • A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. A Master's or PhD is a plus.
  • 5+ years of professional, hands-on CAD modelling (CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo or similar).
  • Experience preparing geometry for simulation (ANSYS or similar) is a strong plus.
  • An active professional CAD licence of your own (required).
  • Comfortable with Python and GitHub.
  • English at B2 level or above.

Project time expectations
